Yoga Therapy at Nurtured Soul Studios

Real Healing. Personalized Support. Whole-Body Transformation.

At Nurtured Soul Studios, yoga therapy is not just movement. It is medicine. It is a trauma-informed, integrative approach that blends the ancient roots of yoga with modern science to help you heal from the inside out. Whether you are navigating trauma, chronic stress, anxiety, illness, or simply feel disconnected from your body and soul, this is where you come home to yourself.

You do not need to be flexible, spiritual, or “good at yoga.” You just need to be ready for something different, something deeper. We meet you exactly where you are, and together, we co-create a path that honors your story, your nervous system, and your pace.

What You Can Expect in Your Sessions

Led by one of our certified somatic practitioners, our master’s-level therapist-in-training (1st year completed), and reiki goddess, you will receive one-on-one support tailored to your body, your goals, and your life.

Each container (may) includes:

  • Gentle postural practices that are tailored for your concerns
  • Somatic movement to release tension and build safety in your body
  • Breathwork (pranayama) to regulate your nervous system and reconnect with calm
  • Meditation + guided imagery to quiet the noise and rewire stress-based patterns
  • Science-backed tools rooted in neurobiology, psychology, and integrative healing

This isn’t just a session you step into and leave behind. When you commit to a container, you are stepping into a season of being fully supported, a structured space where the work does not end when you leave the studio. The intake, the practices, the unlimited classes, and even the in-between Telegram support are all woven together to hold you.

Inside this container, your healing becomes less about what happens on the mat and more about how it follows you into your mornings, your meals, your breath, your movement, and the way you return to yourself every single day.

This is more than yoga.
This is nervous system support.
This is soul reclamation.
This is therapy on your terms.

Why Yoga Therapy?

Sometimes life leaves us feeling fractured in our bodies, in our hearts, in our sense of self. While group yoga classes or traditional talk therapy can be helpful, they do not always offer the kind of intimate, customized care that deep healing requires. Yoga therapy is one-on-one, deeply personalized, and rooted in nervous system healing and whole-person transformation.

It’s especially powerful if you:

  • Feel overwhelmed or unseen in large group settings and crave a private sanctuary where you can truly exhale.
  • Are new to yoga and want a gentle, welcoming introduction tailored to your comfort level.
  • Are navigating chronic pain, trauma, or emotional stress and need expert guidance to reconnect with your body and feel safe in it again?
  • Are ready to go deeper to explore tools that restore balance in your mind, emotions, and physical health?

Whether recovering from an injury, healing from a difficult life experience, or simply longing to feel more grounded and present, yoga therapy meets you where you are, physically, emotionally, and spiritually, and helps you move toward where you want to be.

You Are Stronger Than You Think

Starting something new can feel daunting, and you do not have to do it alone. At Nurtured Soul Studios, you will find a space where you are truly safe, seen, and supported. Yoga therapy is not about perfect poses or touching your toes. It’s about finding your way back to yourself. You do not need prior yoga experience. You do not need to be “in shape.” You simply need the courage to take that first step toward healing. We will walk beside you the rest of the way.

Whether you meet with us in person or via telehealth, our mission is to help you feel more connected to your body, to your breath, to your life. Together, we’ll create a path toward balance, resilience, and joy that is as unique as you are.

Take that step today. Your healing can start now.

How Yoga Therapy Works w/US!!!

One unified mission: to help you feel safe in your body and steady in your soul.

Healing should never feel like a guessing game, and you should never have to do it alone. Whether you are navigating trauma, hormonal changes, anxiety, chronic illness, or emotional overwhelm, yoga therapy offers a clear, supportive path back to yourself.

At Nurtured Soul Studios, our signature 10–12 week container is not something you simply attend; it’s a sacred space we step into together. Within this container, you are held through every layer of your healing with a personalized plan co-created alongside Rachel, founder and certified yoga therapist, somatic master practitioner, master’s-level yoga therapist in training, and Reiki specialist. With over 30 years of movement, nervous system, and emotional healing expertise, Rachel weaves together science, somatics, and soul work so that this isn’t just a program, it’s a guided season of restoration, recalibration, and return to your truest self.

We don’t believe in cookie-cutter care. We believe in real conversations, intentional practices, and science-backed support that help you return to your Mind.Body.Soul™ whole, steady, and deeply at home in yourself.
