BARRE

 

Barre is a fusion of ballet and dance, incorporating the ballet barre with the instructor’s style. It is a full body workout concentrating on the thighs, hips, and butt. Bring a mat, water, and socks if you’d like. All levels welcomed.

 

SOULFLOW

 

Through SoulFlow™, you can transcend trauma, release limitations, and embody your authentic self with confidence. When we can get out of our minds and into our bodies™, it is here where we begin cultivate long-term, sustainable success on our terms and with our definition. It is here where our movement begins to lead a movement. Class is between 60 – 75 minute long. Bring a mat and water. Class is held on Saturday mornings. All levels welcomed.

 

VINYASA

 

Vinyasa yoga class with light weights as optional (also known as sculpt). It’s a full body workout where you will sweat, build strength, and have fun! Bring a mat and water. All levels welcomed.

 

YIN

 

This relaxing class focuses on stretching mainly the lower body; hips, thighs, and lower back. Yin yoga postures are held for longer periods of time. Slow down, relax, and turn inward to alleviate stress and restore your energy levels. Use of props and the wall in typically incorporated in each class. Bring a mat, water, and comfy clothes.  Limited class schedule. All levels welcomed.
