Our Essentials – Beginner Yoga Series is a three-week program designed specifically for all new students at Nurtured Soul Studios. Priced at just $99, this series is the perfect starting point for your yoga journey. Classes are held on Thursdays.
This program serves as a foundational introduction, helping you master proper form, understand key postures, and build confidence in your practice. By completing this series, you will gain the skills and knowledge needed to transition seamlessly into our group classes while reducing the risk of injury.
