You will work one-on-one with Rachel Lee, certified yoga therapist and founder of Nurtured Soul Studios, who brings over 30 years of experience in movement, somatics, and emotional healing.

10-Week Yoga Therapy Program
A Structured Path to Nervous System Healing
You’ve powered through pain long enough. Your body knows it’s time for something different. This 10-week program provides personalized, one-on-one support to release tension, restore energy, and rebuild safety in your body using tools that actually fit your real life.

- Comprehensive 2-Hour Intake & Plan of Care – A full assessment of your history, stress patterns, and goals, creating a customized healing roadmap.
- 9–11 Weekly 75-Minute Sessions – Trauma-informed yoga therapy and somatic practices to regulate your nervous system and build stability.
- Telegram Support Between Sessions – Weekday access for accountability, guidance, and nervous system support. (Value $360+)
- Custom Tools & At-Home Practices – Personalized techniques to keep you grounded beyond the studio. (Value $100+)
- Reduced-Rate Studio Membership (Optional) – In-person clients receive a discounted unlimited-class option during their program. Remote clients can access up to $50/month toward local classes.
- Optional Add-On: Balance Test + Balance Oil Sample to assess inflammation and support internal healing.
