Foundations in barre instruction, trauma-informed teaching, anatomy, and inclusive class leadership.

2. Barre Fundamentals
The history, core principles, and evolution of barre as a low-impact, strength-based movement practice.

3. Anatomy & Biomechanics
Understanding of key muscle groups, movement patterns, and proper alignment for safe and effective teaching.

4. Class Structure & Progressions
How to design a complete barre class, from warm-up to cool-down, with progressions for all fitness levels.

5. Cueing & Instructional Techniques
Methods for clear cueing, posture support, and confident communication rooted in safety and presence.

6. Safety, Modifications & Special Populations
Modifying exercises for prenatal, senior, and adaptive clients while reducing injury risk and supporting inclusivity.

7. Music Selection & Rhythm
