Essentials – Beginner Yoga Series
3 Weeks • Small Group • 75 Minutes Each

Essentials is more than a beginner yoga class; it’s your guided introduction (or reintroduction) to movement, breath, and body awareness in a safe, supportive space. Over three weeks, you will learn foundational postures, explore breathwork for stress relief, and build the confidence to move with alignment and ease.

Each 75-minute session is intentionally paced, allowing time for questions, hands-on guidance (with consent), and nervous system-friendly sequencing so you leave feeling grounded, empowered, and ready for what’s next.
