New to yoga or looking to build confidence in your practice? Essentials is a three-class beginner series designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of breath, movement, and alignment in a supportive, no-pressure environment. Each session builds on the last, helping you feel comfortable and ready to step into any yoga class with ease.

Somatic Surrender™ – NEXT ONE – Q1 2026

 

Somatic Surrender™ is a therapeutic fusion of somatic healing, yin-inspired stillness, and nervous system nourishment grounded in the Mind.Body.Soul™ connection. Designed to support the body’s natural capacity to release, restore, and regulate, this class offers a safe space to soften, unwind, and reconnect with yourself. We explore how the body holds stress, trauma, and emotional memory and how gentle, intentional movement combined with breath and deep rest can help release those layers. This practice is not about stretching farther; it’s about feeling deeper. With trauma-informed guidance, you will be invited to listen inward, build safety within, and surrender to what your body is ready to let go of. Whether you are healing chronic pain, emotional exhaustion, or simply seeking embodied peace, Somatic Surrender™offers a ritual of radical rest and embodied resilience.

 

If you have tried our somatic classes before, this is now enhanced and different due to the continued education I am constantly seeking. You can stay on your mat the whole time. This is about a journey through YOUR body. It’s so good!!!
