Led by one of our certified yoga therapists or our master’s-level therapist-in-training, you will receive one-on-one support tailored to your body, your goals, and your life.

  • 8 private, 60-minute sessions tailored to your unique goals and needs.
  • Unlimited access to in-studio group classes, barre’, yoga, flow, and sculpt (excludes other specialty classes).
  • One 1/2 hour complimentary session with our certified nutritionist to explore how nutrition can support your healing.
  • Telegram support between sessions for guidance and connection.
  • Practical tools and personalized homework to integrate into your daily life.
